Shipping Policy

Hurricane Blast offers free standard delivery on orders above €450. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Hurricane Blast is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Hurricane Blast’s control.

Hurricane Blast cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes. All Items must be shipped to a physical address.

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.

Hurricane Blast is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Hurricane Blast is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you want to return your purchase with or without any reason, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Hurricane Blast will then give a full refund (return shipping charges will not be refunded).

We kindly ask you to send us an email as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, if you want to return your item.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

• Footwear must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Try and walk the shoe on a carpet or soft surface so as not to damage the soles.

• If an item has a Hurricane Blast security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

No warranty on:

• Wear of soles / heels

• Wear of inner linings

• Damage due to intent, incorrect, very intensive use, or negligent maintenance

• Wear due to normal or external use

• Damage due to external influences to the shoe, such as chemicals, sharp objects etc.

• Beads, Swarovski stones, charms that take off

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Hurricane Blast will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Be careful when you try on your purchases and return them in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.

You are encouraged to ship your product using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
